Home > About Intelec 2009 > Welcome Message On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is indeed a great honor and pleasure for me to invite all of you to this 31st International Telecommunications Energy Conference, to be held from October 18 to 22, 2009 in Incheon, Korea. Under the theme “Global Convergence for Smart Energy-Telecommunication“, the conference aims at enhancing your knowledge and competences and keeping you up to date on the key issue in telecommunication. It is also expected that stimulating lectures and presentations by distinguished speakers from all over the world will be planned for Intelec 2009. In addition to the professional exchange of ideas, it will be a meeting place for friends inseparable due to common research objectives and the possibility is given for further co-work resulting in mutual achievements. Moreover, we have planned a variety of social programs and industrial exhibitions that will make Intelec 2009 an informative and interesting experience.
